Hi, I’m Slavka – Your Bratislava and Slovakia Trip Planner!

I am the face behind On2Continents travel blog and On2Continents travel channel. I am a Bratislava native. In the past, I also worked as a certified Bratislava sightseeing guide as well as a guide for a large group of Europeans on a cross-Canada trip.

Needless to say, I love to travel. I have visited 29 countries in Europe and North America including 7 Canadian provinces and 23 US states. While living abroad in several countries in Europe and in Canada, I have seriously realized how deep is my love and appreciation for Bratislava and Slovakia. I will do my best to plan a Slovak trip you will love.

Step 3: You transfer the money and as soon as I receive them, I start working on your trip itinerary.

Step 4: You receive your complete itinerary within 10 business days.

Step 5: You go through the itinerary and see if any adjustments are needed. We do one round of adjustments if necessary.

Step 6: You book your flights, accommodations, tours, and activities according to the itinerary.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How far in advance should I have my itinerary planned?

As soon as you know your vacation dates. Ideal time frame is 6 months in advance for summer season. If you travel in shoulder or low season, then 2-3 months in advance are OK. If you need a rush service because you are leaving soon, I can still help you. Luckily, Slovakia is not overrun by mass tourism so many services can be booked last minute. But please keep in mind I still need 10 days for any custom itinerary preparation.

Will you book my flights, hotels, rental cars and activities for me?

No. I provide you with a list of selected accommodations and activities according to your preferences as well as the best flight options I can find but you will have to book them yourself. You can choose from my suggestions or find different ones. The ultimate choice and flexibility are yours.

I am on a road trip in Czechia and Austria, could you just plan the Slovak part that I can add to my trip?

Yes, absolutely! If you already have some travel plans in other countries, I can plan just the Slovak leg for you and easily add it to your overall travel plan. You just need to let me know your entry and departure points in Slovakia. For example, if you arrive in Bratislava by boat from Vienna and then 7 days later leave Slovakia on a plane from Košice, I can plan the Slovakia part of your trip from the moment you set foot in the country to the moment you leave.

How long do I have to wait for my travel itinerary?

I need 10 business days to carefully plan your personalized travel itinerary. I can deliver it sooner depending on the level of complexity or your special requirements etc. In rare cases such as my sickness, I may need longer than 10 days but I would inform you immediately.

I already have some plans in Slovakia. I am meeting with a friend there. Can you plan just a part of my trip?

Yes, of course. 😊 You just need to let me know where and when you already have plans made and I can work around those dates and places and plan the rest of your trip.

We are travelling as a family with 2 children and 2 seniors. Can you plan our trip if we are such a diverse group?

Yes, no problem. You let me know the number of travellers and their ages as well as your group preferences and I can work with that, so you have an amazing family trip in Slovakia. Whether you are a solo traveller, a couple, a family or a small group of friends, I can plan an itinerary for you.

If you need a trip itinerary for Slovakia for a large group that involves booking private bus transportation with a driver, negotiating hotel accommodation for many rooms etc., I can work with you as well. Please keep in mind that the time frame and pricing will be different. Itinerary planning for large groups involves approx. 18 months of advance planning and bookings.
